Please note: Your Name Badge is your TICKET to all events and must be worn at ALL TIMES. Drink tickets will be distributed at the entrance to each event except for the First-Time Attendee Reception and Opening Reception tickets; they will be in your registration packet. Please be sure to bring your name badge with you for admittance to functions.
Conference participants are eligible to receive a maximum of twenty-two (22) CPE credit hours. ACUA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
Evaluation and Certificates
As you attend sessions, you may want to make notes about how you would evaluate them so that you can refer to those notes as you go through the online evaluation. You will be asked to evaluate each session on the following criteria, rating how strongly you agree or disagree with each question:
1.Were the stated objectives met?
2.If applicable, were prerequisite requirements appropriate?
3.Were program materials accurate?
4.Were program materials relevant and did they contribute to the achievement of the learning objectives?
5.Were the handout and/or advance preparation materials satisfactory?
6.Was the time allotted to the learning activity appropriate?
7.Were the facilities and/or audiovisual equipment appropriate?
8.Were the audiovisual materials effective?
In addition, each speaker will be evaluated on a 5-point scale with 1 being Poor and 5 being Outstanding. Speakers will be evaluated on whether they were Informative, Organized, Knowledgable about Subject Matter, Effectively used Audiovisual Materials and Overall Presentation.
